NEW PARTY PAVILION - OUTSIDE WEDDINGS
& EVENTS
This handsome structure is a nearly wind and weather proof building
that still gives you the enjoyment of being outside. Designed to look like
a Horse Paddock at Mrs. A.B. Cook's (a devoted thoroughbred breeder
originally from Kentucky) beloved "Churchill Downs". It is
the perfect place for your caterer or ours to set-up for your special day.
LOCATION: The location of the pavilion is along
our bubbly warm spring creek and steps from our Chapel Bridge over
the creek and under huge our Cottonwood Grove. We have a playground
including a horseshoe court. Children with watchful parents are welcome!
\The entire property overlooks Canyon Ferry Lake from the southwest shore
and is adjacent the Canyon Ferry Wildlife Recreation Area. A Bird lovers
Paradise and recommended by the Audubon Society.

CATERING: Our Chef & Party planner have a combined
experience of 30 years in the catering business. We have wonderful menus
for every pocketbook and pallet. No matter what the cost, every plate or
buffet is a beautiful presentation. From Luaus and Pig Roasts to Holiday
Roast Baron of Beef or BBQ'd Prawns, from Fresh Vegetable Towers to Carved
Watermelon Baskets, or just good homemade Southern or Western Cooking,
Steve and Sandy can make you a delicious memory.
CAKES: Sandy was trained at a satellite school for the
famous Wilton Institute of Chicago in Indianapolis and has been doing
fabulous designer cakes for a total of 15 years. Steve and Sandy operated
Rose Petal Catering in Indianapolis for 10 years. Sandy served as a food
& photo assistant to the Indianapolis HOME & GARDENS Magazine
during that time.
FLOWERS, DECOR, & FAVORS; The Mansion can handle all your
decorator touches with ease. We love doing Theme Weddings, and are
well-known for our traditional elegant touches of personalized favors,
delightful table decor, romantic candle light treatments, and designer or
budget floral. Our
flowers and centerpieces, whether breathtaking fresh or subtle silks, are
affordable and guaranteed to make your "special day or event"
stand out in the memory of your guests for months and years to come.
OUR CHEF; Steve Rose is a graduate of the renown Institutional
Management School at IUPUI (Indiana-Purdue Campus in Indianapolis) and was
the personal chef for the Governor of Indiana and the State Adjutant
General for 9 years while serving in the National Guard.
OUR DESIGNER; Sandy Rose also studied Design at Purdue U for 5
years has been an event, designer, and marketing expert for 33 years
specializing in weddings for 15 of those years. Sandy loves preparing
treats & gourmet Tortes for high Teas and Ladies Luncheons. She is
also an accomplished florist and was trained by an Hawaiian Floral Expert
and excels at silk as well as fresh floral arranging with a flair.
THE ROSE FAMILY; The Roses have been doing business in Montana
for 25 years. The Roses started restoring buildings has a hobby and
investment, just after college. They are the restorationists to the
Mansion, and have resided here since 1999. The Mansion is Broadwater
County's premier historic edifice. Steve is a professional finish
Contractor and Restorationist specializing in decorative fronts, decks,
and entrances, but loves using his many creative talents, one as a
chef on week-ends at the Mansion. Sandy is on hand most of the time at the
mansion to help you plan your event.
A FAMILY TRADITION; The Roses have two grown sons, both who
served in the National Guard, and two grand daughters. The Roses educated one
son Stuart, and daughter in-law at Carroll College. Their other son, Sean
and his wife, took over Sandy's 22 year packaging/event design firm Peak
Wholesale Decorative Supply. Sandy still
travels in the off season to design for other events. She has won
"best corporate" and "best animated" at the
prestigious Marina del Ray "Lighted Yacht" Parade. Steve is currently
putting the "finishing touch" on upscale homes in Bozeman. The
Roses love to entertain and look forward to making the Mansion ... your
home for that next wedding, honeymoon, family reunion, or special event.
